The Solution
Designing a scalable call setup to help clinics set up Heidi Calls around their operational needs.
I designed the self-serve onboarding flow based on how front desk and administrative staff triage calls in practice. I decomposed Northside's operational needs for an automated call system and restructured the call setup into three tiers: call handling priorities, clinic logistics, and communication tone.
